REGULAMENTUL CONCURSULUI DE FOTOGRAFIE “O fereastră spre Moldova”

Dispoziţii generale

• Organizatorul concursului: site-ul talenthouse.md
• Concursul se desfăşoară printre utilizatorii site-ului Talenthouse.md, este deschis şi se desfăşoară în conformitate cu prezentul Regulament.
• Tema concursului: lucrările trebuie să reflecte cît mai plenar specificul Moldovei prin: peisaje, landşafturi, portrete ale oamenilor, elemente cu colorit naţional, tradiţii, particularităţi etnice, evenimente, monumente de istorie şi arhitectură, altele.
• Perioada desfăşurării etapei I a concursului: 10 februarie 2014 – 10 martie 2014 inclusiv.
• Anunţarea rezultatelor etapei I a concursului: 15 martie 2014.
• Premiul mare al etapei I: o ramă foto click luminoasă de format A2.
• Termenul de desfăşurare a etapelor următoare ale concursului de fotografie vor fi anunţate pe site suplimentar.
• Cîştigătorii vor fi anunţaţi printr-o publicaţie specială pe Foto-podiumul site-ului, precum şi prin sistemul mesajelor personale ale reţelei de socializare Facebook cel tîrziu pe 15 martie 2014.
• Participarea colaboratorilor Talenhouse.md nu se admite.

Regulile concursului

• La concurs pot participa amatori şi profesionişti, indiferent de vîrstă, sex, naţionalitate şi cetăţenie.
• Participanţii trebuie să fie utilizatori ai site-ului Talenhouse.md în reţeaua de socializare Facebook.
• Participanţii îşi inddică, în mod obligatoriu, numele şi prenumele adevărate.
• Participantul poate trimite doar 1 (una) fotografie pentru înscrierea la concurs.
• Fotografia poate fi prelucrată cu ajutorul programelor digitale de editare a imaginilor, însă numai în sensul corecţiei culorilor, luminozităţii şi contrastului.
• Nu se admite trucarea fotografiilor: operarea de modificări fizice, eliminarea sau adăugarea elementelor în imagine. Organizatorii îşi rezervă dreptul de a descalifica orice lucrare, în cazul în care autenticitatea ei trezeşte dubii din cauza prelucrării excesive.
• Fotografiile nu trebuie să conţină chenare, logotipuri, semnături etc.
• Fotografiile urmează să fie executate cu camere cu rezoluţie suficient de înaltă, care să permită tipărirea lor în format A4 cu 300 dpi.
• Fotografia trebuie să fie originală, realizată de concurent. Dacă se depistează că fotografia este însuşită ilegal, ea este eliminată din concurs. Fotograful trebuie să deţină dovada incontestabilă a dreptului de autor asupra lucrării prezentate.
• Organizatorii au dreptul să respingă fotografiile care nu satisfac Regulile concursului.
• Organizatorii îşi rezervă dreptul de a modifica Regulile concursului în orice moment, însă cu anunţarea obligatorie a modificărilor operate pe site-ul Talenthouse.md.
• Fotografiile care promovează cruzimea şi violenţa, cele cu caracter indecent, sau care nu reflectă tema şi nu satisfac cerinţele concursului nu vor fi acceptate în concurs.

Mecanismul de desfăşurare a concursului şi efectuarea totalurilor

• Vor fi înscrise în concurs fotografiile expediate pe adresa electronică…. ….sau încărcate pe Foto-podium sau pe pagina corporativă a Talenthouse.md de pe Facebook.
• Titlul fotografiei trebuie să aibă în mod obligatoriu forma următoare: „numele şi prenumele autorului + denumirea lucrării”.
• Participanţii la concurs încarcă sau expediază fotografiile în perioada 10 februarie 2014 – 10 martie 2014.
• Membrii juriului concursului desemnează cîştigătorii în perioada 10-14 martie 2014.
• Cîştigătorii vor fi anunţaţi în ziua de 15 martie 2014.
• Lucrările cîştigătorilor şi fotografiile autorilor vor fi publicate pe site şi pe pagina principală a Talenthouse.md de pe Facebook.
• Votarea cîştigătorului la categoria „Simpatia publicului” se va efectua pe pagina Talenhouse.md de pe Facebook.

Decizia membrilor juriului este definitivă.

Criteriile de selectare:

• încadrarea în tema concursului;
• abordarea creatoare;
• originalitatea.

Respectarea drepturilor de autor

• Prin înscrierea la concurs, participanţii îşi manifestă în mod automat acceptarea prezentelor Reguli.
• Fotografiile şi numele cîştigătorilor pot fi plasate pe pagina corporativă Talenthouse.md din Facebook şi utilizate în materiale promoţionale şi de publicitate la discreţia organizatorilor concursului, fără plata unor recompense suplimentare.

“OPENING A DOOR ON MOLDOVA”. With joy and nervous anticipation of beautiful surprises and grand discoveries, our TalentHouse launches the photo contest “Opening a door on Moldova”!

The contest will have several stages with final results to be announced in December 2014. Your photo should be about Moldova – reflections of our beautiful country in landscapes, portraits, rural and urban scenes, entertaining pictures of animals, etc. We would be happy if your photograph could come with a short account of its creation and a description of where it was shot.

The main aim of our contest is to promote and encourage beginners and amateurs in photography who are ready to share their new look at the world around them, those whose talent can open new directions in contemporary photo-art.

The first stage of the contest begins February 10, 2014 and ends March 10, 2014 at 23.59. You can find the Rules here.

RULES of the PHOTO CONTEST

General Terms

• The photo contest is organized and conducted by the website Talenthouse.md.
• The contest is open to visitors to Talenthouse.md and is conducted in accordance with these Rules and Conditions.
• The subject of the competition: a photograph dedicated to aspects of Moldova – outdoor scenes, landscapes, portraits, traditions and folklore features, national styles, events, historical monuments, examples of architecture, etc.
• The first stage of contest begins 10 February 2014 and ends 10 March 2014 at 23:59.
• Winners of the first stage of the contest will be announced on March 15, 2014.
• The Main prize for the winner of the first stage: an LED photo frame with click profile, size A2. Other prizes will be awarded in different categories.

• Terms for the next stages of the contest will be announced on the site in due time.

• The winners will be announced in a special publication on the Photo-podium on the site, and also notified via Facebook by March 15, 2014.

• Employees of Talenthouse.md are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Conditions

• The Photo contest is open to amateurs and professionals of any age, sex, nationality and citizenship.

• Participants shall be visitors to the page of Talenthouse.md in social network Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/Talenthouse.md

• Participants shall provide their real first and last name.

• Each participant is allowed to submit only 1 (one) photograph for the contest.

• Photographs must be in digital form; only minor enhancements to color, burning and contrast are allowed.
• Significant changes to the original photo – such as adding, removal of objects or similar changes – are not permitted. Photographs which do not meet this condition will be disqualified from the contest.

• Photographs shall be free of any frames, logotypes, signs, signatures, etc.

• Photographs must be submitted in JPEG (.jpg) high resolution digital format (at least 300 dpi) suitable for printing in A4 scale.

• The photograph must be an original work created by the participant and must not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right. Photographs which do not meet this condition will be disqualified from the contest.

• The Administration of the competition is entitled to disqualify any photograph that does not correspond to the Rules and Conditions.
• The Administration may change the Rules and Conditions subject to the changes being notified on the website with reasonable notice.

• Photographs promoting cruelty, violence, obscene content or not corresponding to the announced categories are not eligible for participation.

How to enter the contest and judging

• Photographs shall be submitted to the mail address [email protected] or to the corporate page of Talenthouse.md in Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/Talenthouse.md

• Any entry shall be labeled as follows: “Last and first name of the entrant + the title of the photograph”.

• Participants should submit their entries between 10^th February – 10^th March 2014.

• The panel of judges will select a winner for each prize between March 11-15, 2014.

• The winner will be announced on March 15, 2014.

• Winning photographs and photos of their authors will be published on the website and on the page of Talenthouse in Facebook —https://www.facebook.com/Talenthouse.md

• Voting for the Prize in the category “Audience Choice” will be conducted on the Talenthouse page in Facebook.

License and releases

• By entering the photo contest Participants unconditionally agree with these Rules.

• The Administration is authorized to distribute, reproduce, display and use the entries for promotional or advertizing purposes without paying any remuneration.
